Reducing the cost to you of infrastructure and software licenses, Autometrics stores all data required for your dashboards locally, on our own secure servers. We provide compatibility with more than 150 data formats, covering the vast majority of databases and applications on the market today. Once we have established links with your data providers, ongoing data management is handled by our data engineers, freeing your team to focus on interpreting the results.
Data Source Quality Monitoring
A dashboard is only as accurate as the data that drives it. Our experience of managing data for large corporations has led to the development of the Autometrics Control Center™ – a suite of data management tools that provides continuous data QA. Any data received late, or with missing or erroneous information, triggers a series of warning alerts, together with an impact assessment. This ensures that any data errors are captured at the earliest opportunity, often before they reach the dashboard.
Report/Dashboard Publication Workflow Management
When dashboards need to be ‘published’ as documents and distributed as PDF files, Control Center also ensures that each document is complete in terms of the data required, and automatically schedules and distributes the final PDF. In addition, data alerts can be distributed by SMS text message, and any document or dashboard link can be sent through Autometrics’ Message Center to end-users’ desktops.
Vendor Data Quality and Service Level Agreement Audits
A key feature of Autometrics Control Center is the ability to audit data quality by provider. Autometrics has championed the concept of “Data Quality Agreements” with internal IS departments, external data providers and agencies, whereby data quality is continuously monitored and any supplier who does not meet the highest standards can be identified and encouraged to improve their processes.
